Returns:
You are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days if there is an issue with your purchase. The product must be sent back in its original package. There must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind.
Custom Made Items:
Made to custom request, personalised, or engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made specifically at your request.
Customs Duty Payments:
Please remember customs duty payments are at customers’ responsibility and such payments are not refundable by Johnny Hoxton.
